Texturize provides a library of AI-generated and procedurally created seamless textures available for free download. The Site also offers interactive pattern generators. All textures are provided under the Texturize Royalty-Free License.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to mass-download textures or scrape the Site
• Attempt to bypass any security measures or access restrictions
• Redistribute downloaded textures as a competing texture library
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Interfere with the normal operation of the Site

4. Intellectual Property

All textures on the Site are released under our royalty-free license. The Site design, code, branding, and non-texture content remain the property of Texturize and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

5. Advertisements

The Site displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. These ads may use cookies and tracking technologies. By using the Site, you acknowledge the presence of advertisements. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection by advertising partners.

6. Content Availability

We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify any texture at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that any specific texture will remain available. Textures may be removed in response to takedown requests or quality concerns.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texturize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any textures downloaded from it.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
