Texturize Royalty-Free License

1. Grant of License

Texturize grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display any texture downloaded from texturize.com (“Licensed Content”) in your personal and commercial projects.

2. Permitted Uses

• 3D rendering and architectural visualization
• Game development and virtual environments
• Web design, UI backgrounds, and digital products
• Print design, packaging, and marketing materials
• Video production and motion graphics
• Educational and non-profit projects
• Modification, remixing, and derivative works

3. Restrictions

• You may not redistribute Licensed Content as standalone texture packs or in any texture library (free or paid).
• You may not claim authorship or copyright over unmodified Licensed Content.
• You may not use Licensed Content in products that directly compete with Texturize (e.g., another texture download site).
• You may not use Licensed Content in any unlawful or defamatory manner.

4. Attribution

Attribution is not required but is appreciated. If you wish to credit us, a link to texturize.com is sufficient.

5. Content Origin

All Licensed Content is either generated by artificial intelligence (AI) systems or created procedurally through mathematical algorithms. No copyrighted source material is used in the creation of any texture on Texturize.

6. Takedown Requests

If you believe any content on Texturize infringes on your rights, please contact us. We maintain an internal takedown process that can immediately disable any texture from public access.

Licensed Content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Texturize makes no guarantees regarding the suitability of any texture for a particular purpose.
